Karen advises key clients and the agency on business, brand, and communications strategies. She is passionate about helping clients answer their "why" to create fresh solutions that evoke emotion and inspire change. Since joining LMD in 2000, Karen has successfully positioned and promoted education, government, nonprofit, and private sector clients, including the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Small Business Administration, the U.S. Coast Guard, the University of Maryland, Time-Life/StarVista Entertainment, Accounting Seed, and the Meyer Foundation in challenging business climates. Karen graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in advertising and a minor in computer science.
