Protecting Water Quality in Howard, Montgomery, and Prince George’s County
LMD developed programs across three counties that communicate the importance of water quality, including CleanH2oward, a countywide outreach and education campaign to increase public awareness of stormwater infrastructure, water quality issues, and sustainable water management practices; Montgomery County’s Rainscapes program to manage stormwater runoff; and Prince George’s County’s community-based watershed education campaign.
