50 Words for 50 Years: Reflections on Our Past and Future
Over the past 50 years, a lot has changed at LMD. We’ve evolved, changed our brand, moved locations, grown our service offerings, and worked with numerous clients. But one thing has stayed the same: our commitment to our people.
As we celebrate our anniversary, we opened the floor to our team to share 50-word reflections on their time with LMD. From long-tenured teammates to new members of our team, LMD has profoundly impacted our lives.
“I started at LMD twelve years ago and quickly found more than a job—I found a team. From chalkboard notes and April Fool’s surprises to Thanksgiving lunches and team-building moments, I’ve loved creating connection.
