As a Project Manager, Omar uses his expertise in both the public and private sectors to support LMD's work with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). He is a certified PMP and SAFe Program Consultant, and is change management certified.

Omar has an M.B.A. from Georgetown University and a B.S. in information systems operations management from George Mason University.
