Luis is a Designer with over eight years of design and multimedia experience creating all things digital, print, and web. As a solution-oriented designer, Luis uses his abilities in branding, photo manipulation, 3D modeling, photography, layouts, illustration, and advertising to provide clients with visuals that are both eye catching and effective. Luis now supports the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) through developing innovative designs that bring public awareness to cybersecurity, as well as cybersecurity education and training.

Luis has a B.S. in multimedia design and development, as well as a A.S. in web graphic design.
