Experienced in secondary, qualitative, and quantitative research methods, Kristen digs deep into data to discover what makes our clients’ customers tick. She also lends her strategic skills to client engagements that include content strategy, digital marketing, and user experience. A trained facilitator, Kristen graduated with a BS in communications from Cornell University.
