In her role as Senior Market Research Analyst, Jenn gathers, organizes, analyzes, interprets, and reports market-related information for clients. Aside from creating, implementing, and analyzing surveys, she conducts secondary research to identify and evaluate competitors, market trends, and market conditions that may affect the businesses and strategic goals of our clients, or provide opportunities for new ventures.
Jenn trained at the Burke Institute to moderate, manage, and analyze focus groups and in-depth interview sessions. She graduated from Case Western Reserve University with an M.B.A. and M.S. in nonprofit organizations, and has a B.S. in human development and psychology from Syracuse University.
