Irma serves as the Brand and Communications Strategist for our U.S. Coast Guard account, working collaboratively with the Coast Guard Recruiting Command and LMD's internal creative and strategy teams. She contributes to our research team on qualitative, quantitative, and secondary research projects and creates research-informed strategic marketing plans.
Irma graduated from Johns Hopkins University with an M.S. in marketing and has a B.A. in psychology from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
