As Vice President of Consulting & Client Services, Holly brings almost three decades of federal, global, and corporate experience to LMD. She uses her expertise in behavioral science to improve organizational outcomes with a specific emphasis on marketing, branding, outreach, and engagement. In addition to managing LMD’s account team and consulting services, Holly contributes to brand implementation, business transformation, strategic communications, innovation, executive coaching, and change management projects. Holly has an M.S. in Organizational Development from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A in Psychology from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
