Challenge

Increase enrollment of Smith’s graduate-level degree programs and build a more meaningful, recognizable brand.

Solution

Introduce and integrate digital advertising, marketing automation, lead-generation, and new branding based on market research. We worked with Smith's internal teams to integrate technology with Smith’s CRM platform to collect valuable metrics up and down the recruitment funnel.

Results

A refreshed branding and recruitment approach that increased engagement with prospective students, exceeding lead-generation goals by 50% and surpassing year-over-year benchmarks by up to 140%.
