Marketing/Account Executive

Job Description: 

Growing, fast-paced, full-service branding, marketing, and communications firm in the Baltimore-Washington corridor seeks a talented, highly organized Marketing Coordinator/Assistant Project Manager to join its award-winning team.

Responsibilities: 

Supports key agency accounts and Account Managers on assigned marketing, budget, and project management tasks including:

  • Working with clients to plan and execute advertising and marketing plans
  • Oversight and processing of client surveys
  • Preparation of client reports
  • Working with creative team to develop products and deliverables
  • Management of account projects and deliverables including the coordination of client marketing requests

  • Thorough, consistent follow-up and follow-through

  • Ability to act as a team player with account managers, client service team, and management
  • Adheres to office policies, procedures, and protocol
  • An interest in data analysis
Required Skills: 
  • B.S. or B.A. in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • Demonstrated work experience through internships or other
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe products and Google Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
