Job Description: 

We’re looking for an account manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience leading outreach and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities: 
  • Oversee National outreach campaign to improve public awareness.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor social media campaign.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Develop strategic marketing and media plans.
  • Coordinate multiple projects accompanied by detailed documentation/reporting.
  • Manage deliverables to ensure timely delivery to client.
  • Review and analyze budget and track project costs.
  • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate client needs.
  • Provide direction on the development of creative and media assets.
  • Prepare presentation materials and deliver briefings.
  • Track and report results.
Required Skills: 
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Five years hands-on experience in account management.
  • Experience leading outreach and public service campaigns.
  • Knowledge of current digital media tools and techniques.
  • Strategic thinking skills. Experience with partnership strategy is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and experience analyzing data.
  • Skilled at giving and receiving feedback.
  • Accustomed to a client-facing role and experience briefing senior leaders.
  • Polished and professional communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative and works well in a team environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to client site in Washington DC as needed.
  • National and/or Federal experience is preferred.
  • Eligible for a Public Trust Security Clearance.
