Dan Croft, Assistant Creative DirectorDan is LMD's "original web guy." Since 1998, he has created award-winning sites for clients with a special blend of visual style, navigational ease, and complementary multimedia features. Among other honors, including for brand development and interactive work, his websites have won several Summit Awards. He also applied his expertise and style to an LMD promotional CD-ROM, "Feed Your Mind," which won a Gold Summit Award and coveted One Show Interactive Award. He continues to apply his experience and knowledge as LMD's assistant creative director and chief website interface designer. Dan graduated in 1998 with a BFA and a general business minor from James Madison University. |

Jonny Bylsma, Web DeveloperJonny is an integral part of LMD's website development team. His technical development, testing, and site maintenance skills play a major role in the development of client websites. Jonny earned a BA degree in music from Towson University, and in his spare time composes music and plays guitar in a band. |
