Sarah Pugh

As LMD's "spiritual leader," Sarah has set LMD's vision since 1976. Her business philosophy can be summed up in two words: results and relationships. As she guides LMD's teams in helping clients identify and meet their business goals, she emphasizes creating a bond between her employees and our clients. In addition to this lofty work, she also handles the nitty-gritty of managing the firm's day-to-day operations: providing hands-on supervision of all staff and projects, consulting on the strategic and creative direction of all accounts, and leading business development efforts for the firm.

A true renaissance woman, Sarah was a reporter, newspaper publisher, and horse farm owner in her previous lives. She holds a BA in English and psychology from University of Maryland.
