Carl Bice, Director of OperationsCarl wears many hats at LMD, keeping us operating like a well-oiled machine. He serves as project manager, manages the web development team, and is our all-around process improvement guru. Carl previously worked as the VP/general manager of a leading provider of marketing support services and as an account operations director for a multinational leader in business process outsourcing. He also served 11 years as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy. A self-described "ardent, unflinching, almost excessive fan" of the Fighting Irish, Carl earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in management from Notre Dame. He then went on to obtain a master's in physics from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA. |

Diane Salvatore, Office ManagerDiane works behind the scenes on all the details that keep the LMD machine in top running condition. A multi-tasker par excellence, she answers the phones, manages the files, pays the bills, and, most importantly, makes sure we get paid. Diane transferred her organizational skills to the agency world from a career as a florist—and after nine years with us, she still swears that our staff and clients are much easier to deal with than brides! Her BA in art from University of Maryland serves her well when she's masterminding the latest LMD craft project. |
