Carl Bice

Director of Operations

Carl wears many hats at LMD, keeping us operating like a well-oiled machine. He serves as project manager, manages the web development team, and is our all-around process improvement guru. Carl previously worked as the VP/general manager of a leading provider of marketing support services and as an account operations director for a multinational leader in business process outsourcing. He also served 11 years as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy.

A self-described "ardent, unflinching, almost excessive fan" of the Fighting Irish, Carl earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in management from Notre Dame. He then went on to obtain a master's in physics from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA.
