Trapeze is a casual restaurant situated between Laurel, MD, and Fulton, MD on Route 216. Trapeze offers contemporary dining as well as a vibrant bar, with two main dining areas, a large bar, and several private and semi-private dining areas. With imaginative cuisine and polished service, Trapeze has something for everyone.Challenge
Trapeze tasked LMD with developing a campaign to:
- Increase awareness of Trapeze among businesses and individuals.
- Position Trapeze as the premier location for corporate events and meetings as well as individual celebrations and get-togethers.
- Increase lunch and dinner business.
Solution
LMD developed a brochure and a geo-targeted direct mail campaign highlighting Trapeze’s unique differentiators, including:
- Convenient location between Washington, DC, and Baltimore, just off I-95.
- Casual yet energetic atmosphere with contemporary cuisine and friendly service.
- Flexible, unique layout, perfect for any type of event.
Outcome
After LMD launched the direct mail campaign:
- Trapeze’s total dining and bar sales increased by 7%.
- The mailer captured residents’ email addresses and built Trapeze’s database for future promotions.
